Megan Casabe, LCSW, is a therapist with over 10 years of experience. Her work is deeply rooted in supporting people who carry a great deal — those coping with cancer and medical trauma/diagnosis, the professionals holding space for others, the high-achievers navigating burnout, and individuals trying to reconnect with themselves after seasons of stress or major life transitions.
Beyond her professional roles, Megan brings a grounded and human perspective to her work. She understands the pressure of juggling medical issues, professional responsibility, family, and the internal voice that says you should be able to handle it all. She believes therapy should be a space where clients do not have to perform, fix, or hold everything together. Instead, it can be honest, grounding, and transformative — while still practical and actionable.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. Megan is passionate about helping clients move out of survival mode and into thriving mode, a life that feels sustainable and aligned. Whether navigating burnout, medically related stress and trauma, or feeling overwhelmed, clients are met with compassion and thoughtful clinical guidance — and reminded they do not have to do it alone.
A Florida native, Megan enjoys life with her husband, daughter and two rambunctious dogs. Outside of her clinical work, she loves traveling, listening to live music, and embracing all that Florida has to offer.
