Sara Trosty Walsh, LCSW
Sara Trosty Walsh, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, specializing in mental health and substance abuse. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work, Sara has developed expertise in areas such as domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse recovery, sexual abuse, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. She is also adept at supporting individuals coping with cancer and chronic illnesses. As a two-time cancer survivor, Sara brings a unique perspective to her practice, deeply understanding the challenges associated with diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
